I've always been super jumpy, emotionally sensitive, I always have to wear transition lens or the world is way too bright, loud sounds and bright lights are especially upsetting, waking up is SO HARD, pain tolerance is very low, etc...I thought I was just a weenie but 20% of the population is HSP o:

I started having graphic and disturbing nightmares when I was like 6, so much I was afraid to go to sleep 😭😭 poor little Dres...obviously nightmares/sleep paralysis only got worse from there

I had to be removed from movie viewings THREE separate times because I was so deeply disturbed/sobbing at what happened in the movie lmao 🥹 (Bambi, Holes, Eight Below)
