The phrasing of the RSV might have made it hard to convey the wedding related point that they wanted from the NEB.
Tobit 8:7(RSV) "And now, O Lord, I am not taking this sister of mine because of lust, but with sincerity. Grant that I may find mercy and may grow old tegether with her." Which implies either incest or a totally platonic relationship. NEB would be different in that.
