I'm more of a Granny Smith person, but I kinda like the Cosmic crisp? Little too sweet for my taste, but i like that it has a tartness! Don't think it's very good for cooking -- pie, sauce, etc.

Gimme gimme gimme! I suffer from regular sinus infections and am reduced to strong saline delivered by an eye dropper up my nose because our health care system in the US of A is a total joke.

I was fortunate to be stationed in Italy for a couple of years (early 90s) and damn, do I miss it so. Going out to eat there, no matter where, was such a better experience than about 90% of places in the US.
