Ignored the current hacking cough and went outside. I recommend it if you have clear skies in the UK 🤩 N.B. I have historically failed to see them since moving to the N/E but I FINALLY managed to glimpse the Northern Lights from my local playing field ❤️💚💜💙

Very nice! Sadly I have far too much light pollution where I live. The Plough & Cassiopeia just about visible.

That's lovely! Last time we tried to see them, we went to the high spot and so did everyone else. We had a traffic jam and found out we had light pollution there. We need to try Beachy Head.

Clear skies at ours (first time with a recent aurora forecast) but too much light pollution I reckon. Stupid living in between two cities... Will try again later though, just in case. Smells lovely outside though, so crisp and apple-y because my neighbour's tree has been dropping fruit! 😄
