I just came on to say my exercise physiologist who changed my life just quit to go and live her best life and I am happy for her but also Not. Coping. Highly recommend having an exercise physiologist in your life. They will make you happier and live longer.

This is a great moment to highlight the importance of well fitting #dentures in older age. Super important to get them replaced periodically - our jaws change, and dentures are acrylic and wear down meaning you can’t chew food well, which results in weight loss which we don’t like in older age.
