A few months ago I would have accused Facebook memories of trolling me. Now, having got back into my running, this reminding me of when I got a sub 40 minute time on my first ever 10km race is now motivation to get back to where I was.

Starting the weekend in a good way - 30 min run yesterday and gym session today. Gorgeous weather in the 'burgh today so I think it may be time to find a beer garden and soak up some rays. Saturdays seem like a good time to go - gym was very quiet.
There was no one there to stop me. 😂
In more mundane news - I decided to go through the spice drawer and have a massive clear out of everything that was out of date. Most expired during 2021-22 but there were a few outliers from 2016! All recycled and only what I need bought. I suddenly have a lot more drawer space.
TFI Friday. Finally recovered from last weekend's fun and looking forward to a quiet one this weekend. Definitely feeling the need to get all rubbered and pupped up as it's been a while. (old pic for reference 😀)
