Did u know? So many of us have lost our connectivity & understanding of the natural world. This isn't "rubbish", it's precious organic material. It'll make compost, that'll feed my soil, that'll feed my plants, that'll feed my wild family..... that'll feed my soul... 🌱🌿🌍

I’ve been sharing a ‘failed’ photo today because not everything I do turns out well, but it doesn’t mean there’s no value in it. I actually really like this shot, which incorporates the moon and the Aurora, taken at Portmahomack last January. #scotland#aurora#moon

A cloudy sky with strong moonlight behind clouds. Aurora Borealis evident in purple and green casting right and centre. The moon is shining over water giving a bright white reflection in the otherwise black surface, Lights on the horizon. Portmahomack Jan 2023. A photo by D Ross

Treading the path from summer to winter, thread count in the carpet of fallen leaves growing denser by the day, we're nourished by autumn's oranges and peaches. Yet still we feel the need to feed a different kind of hunger – the kind only art can satisfy. #iamb#newpoetryiambapoet.com/wave/19

Good morning all. Yesterday was a travelling day and this was my lunch view - up the Cromarty Firth from The Storehouse of Foulis. Always feels like home. Happy Thursday. #scotland#scottishhighlands#cromartyfirth#storehouseoffoulis#viewfromawindow

A view framed through a window opening in a marquee. Artificial flowers in the right corner. Some sort of netting pinned up above the top frame on the outside.Green grass, a gravel path, the corner of a building with deteriorated limestone covering. Water mid shot to the horizon. Land on both shores. White clouds in a pale blue sky.
