I’m going through some boxes of old things and I found…a word problem? This is so peak child of mathematicians

Slip of paper with the following word problem typed on it: 4. 846 familes nave a toaster, a microwave, an electric can opener, and/or a waffle iron. No family is completely without at least one of these appliances. 587 families have at least 2 of these items, 453 have at least 3 of the appliances, and 192 have all 4. Determine the total number of appliances owned by all 846 families + TNYWR.
