The best part of Sunday is my reminder to stop, breathe, feel deeply, move my body, touch the earth and to rest remembering that we only get a precious handful of years to enjoy on this space rock. It's good to just stop sometimes!! Rest and recovery are highly undervalued in our capitalist society!
