Indie game checkpoint!!! You are now obligated to share one of your favorite indie games!
Something I noticed in my current BG3 run has me considering not recruiting Astarion. 🤔
I know it's a good idea to avoid game-hopping this week and focus on one particular game. Doesn't mean I'm going to do that, though. 😂
You know a game is good when it uses the word ‘effluvia’ in dialogue.
So I finally get to Act 3 in BG3 with my Bard run and what do I do? start thinking about a second run at Monk or a Shadowheart run. It’s a sickness! 🤷🏼♂️😂

I'm Nick, an old gamer nerd. Started out on the SNES, Game Boy & PC, graduated to PlayStation, and am now mostly a PC gamer. I love games, most importantly, regardless of platform. I'll play pretty much anything, but my main love is RPGs. Look forward to seeing you all around!❤️ (Reposts welcome)

Not bad. The control scheme is a little iffy, might take some getting used to (attacks can either be done by X or using the right stick; sort of a choose-what-you're-comfortable-with scheme). But the visuals and enemies are pretty cool, so I'm intrigued. I'll definitely check it out upon release.
Favorite games from 2024, so far.
Checking out the demo for The Spirit of the Samurai: a dark stop-motion Metroidvania. Trailers looked intriguing, so we'll see how the demo pans out.
