Now that is rather interesting.
My doctors hate that I take 20mg but this makes me feel a lot better about it (and adding to it). When this started I almost felt like melatonin poduction stopped. I read that most of it is produced in mitochondria rather than pineal gland. Either way damage could have slumped production.
Do you use these long time retard products? (Not sure if retard is the correct translation...)
If I go over 3mg feel cold no warning up and suddenly depressed crying. Also TMI but no DMs here: breakthrough bleeding. 🤷♀️
