I will argue any day of the week that a school without a school librarian is guilty of educational malpractice. Public ed is supposed to provide a "thorough and efficient" education. Doesn't get more $ efficient than a school librarian!

Add on top of that the fact that school librarians and their spaces are the cure for what ails education, and it is really bordering on criminal for schools not to have SLs. SLs curing the ills of edu isn't an opinion, it's a fact - here's the receipts: docs.google.com/document/d/1...
