The 3 Gs are Giggle, Gratitude, & Grunt. Students share: 1) something that made them laugh/feel good, 2) something they're grateful for, & 3) something they're grumpy about. The faculty member models sharing her 3 Gs first before inviting students to share in the chat. 2/end
