I’ve been offered the opportunity to present at a medical grand round How would you convince a group of [heavily propagandised] medics into believing they had been systematically misled? How would you win them over to the clean air campaign?

I did one of these a while ago. I started with a 'for me to be right, a lot of eminent people will have had to have told untruths'. Then I presented evidence they told porkies... presenting truths, evidenced arguments was then easier.
