In my defence, I have childhood trauma due to the OG resident evil games thanks to my older brother playing it late at night secretly and pretending zombies were breaking into the room. The git!
Legit. Had a friend who I played the remastered Resident Evil with. She gave me the controller one time. In those few seconds a zombie burst into the small room I was in, I unloaded all our ammo into it, and somehow still didn't kill it then dropped the controller. XD
If it helps, in Dark Souls I died to the Asylum Demon because instead of doing the plunging attack, I just stood on the platform above him looking at him... Turns out he'll jump up and smush you if you do that... XD
For me I can watch horror games fine. I can backseat game my way through then easily! But the second I have to actually take the controller myself, i lose any sense of composure and everything goes to pot!
When I used to play League my cat had a horrible habit of trying to help by slapping the screen!
These responses are hilarious and are making me feel better about the numerous ways in which I've prematurely got game overs!
Hello!!!! :D
Tell me about it! I am yet to reach Le'garde in a timely manner! Poor guy never gets to fulfill his dreams! :(
Omg! I legitimately did the exact same thing! "What's she gonna do? Wish me out of exis- Oh..." There's also the death sequence when you jump into the underdark without feather fall. I nearly pissed myself laughing at that!
Oh my days! It's not the same sort of situation, but when I used to hardcore play Soulcalibre, my number 1 CoD was jumping off the edge of the map by accident 🫣
