So with Cohost shutting down in about 24 hours, a note to every remaining social media site: You should totally rip off the "Following" pane. On the left: Everyone you follow, sorted by last post. Click a follow, and the right pane shows you their recent posts.

Definitely one of the best things they worked on the site.

A problem with social media is the more you post, the more space you take up. One person blowing up your feed shuts out everyone else. Cohost "Following" made everyone take up the same amount of space, while still prioritizing recency. It was a nice compromise.
