I just feel so useless and it just seems my very existence seems to be a problem. She's been able to get out of these holes before but not this time. I'm very worried & the long periods of being left on read, despite understanding that she needs space, feel horrible & I can't get it out of my head.

When she does reply she's stopped being affectionate and often doesn't respond to mine. This has always been a really bad sign in my relationships before so the anxiety is REAL. I anticipate things will get better as soon as I get back, but this wait is absolutely excruciating and unbearable. UGH.
