I’m excited about satellite texting. Oh no, not from my iPhone. From competition in the space and Garmin (pretty good) solutions becoming cheaper. When you are sailing across Atlantic ⛵️ you need communication. Best of all 20 years from now we’ll just always text via satellite without batting an eye.

Agreed, but that isn’t a new feature this year. My iPhone 15 Pro will do that.
