"Leave it to the states" GOP will reverse themselves so fast they'll get whiplash in trying to get the SCOTUS to overrule this (regardless of whether SCOTUS even has jurisdiction).
There were several grade school kids present when I saw 300 in the theater.
They also have a half-hour time zone.
