Well, the rights are to EFL generally including the Championship (2nd div). I'm a Blackburn Rovers fan, also I like EFL football better anyway (less diving, no VAR), and at $56 million/yr vs. NBC paying $450 million/yr. for the premiership, I think it is good value for free with Walmart+, ha ha 😂⚽
