My brother was murdered in a high profile robbery-murder spree in LA. It took the homicide detectives 1 entire year to recover the surveillance video from a damaged hard drive. Clearly showed the perps. Over a decade later, no one has been arrested. Even when they do the CSI shit they don’t.
