Compacts between the states have been around for ages. Failing to extradite a suspected killer is just another example that certain states are ignoring LAWFUL REQUESTS.Texas, they GOT slapped by SCOTUS,ordered to remove the razor wire and water barriers. Wire is still up ignoring SCOTUS+RULE OF LAW.
