I do training on business culture for Polish companies thinking of entering the U.S. market. Lots of paranoia about U.S. sexual harassment rules. I always cite Popehat's 80-15-5 rule to make the point that most of it is ordinary decent behavior, and anyway, it can be taught and understood.
That’s not my formulation but it’s great. I’ll steal it. My formulation is the 80% would never do this thing, 15% would do this thing in a weak moment but can be trained not to, and 5% are basically feral and can’t be trained.
This sounds probable.
