In Missouri, Fire Weather Zones 001, 002, 003, 004, 011, 012, 013, 020, 021, 028, 029, 037 and 043. * TIMING...From 11 AM to 7 PM CDT Thursday. * WIND...South winds 20-25 mph with gusts to 35 mph. * HUMIDITY...20 to 30 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
