Thank God my realtor took pity on my SOS from Trulia. She introduced herself and said "relax, I've got you." I may delete this later, but she's an entire West Michigan Republican... and she is why I was housed. She manages 50+ offmarket rental properties and voila! I had a short-term rental.

I gave up on the small bungalow market pretty quickly. There's nothing I can do against dual income couples working for the U-M - they have twice my buying power. I realized I'd do better with condos. Daily, I looked at ads in associations I liked OK. Found this place a week before Christmas 2021.
