I can’t recommend it while it’s still selling at an absurd $300+, but the Logitech G Cloud is pretty wonderful. It’s incredibly ergonomic, the screen is great, and for local streaming, latency feels non-existent. Assuming PlayStation Portal is similar, $200 seems pretty reasonable for what you get.
