I don’t think I imagined an adulthood where I’d be silly. I’ll be 40 in a few months. I make art, I’m running my booth with a hand-sewn puppet because it’s fun, I wear more colors than I ever have in my life, and it’s ok! It’s ok to be this kind of adult, this kind of parent. It’s ok.

It's not just okay, it's great! Whatever makes you happy is what you should do and how you should be. It's your life and nobody else's, so why do you care about what others think?
