PH Premium is the boundary, PHI have created the Premium standard and someone is trying to achieve it. This project (aside from its flaws) ticks the passivehouse box of primary energy demand. Vanity project or not, if it gets certified it is a passivehouse. Does the standard need refining?

This is an interesting debate. The episode features a house attempting to become the first premium PH in the UK. I noticed the concrete etc also but can see the value in firsts and bringing this concept to a big TV audience. Big house... but they wanted a big roof for all the required solar!
