Being a Troubleshooter is fun. The Computer tells you so. Of course The Computer is right. Troubleshooters get shot at, stabbed, incinerate, stapled, mangled, poisoned, blown to bits, and occasionally accidentally executed. This is so much fun that many Troubleshooters go crazy.
