I don't doubt it. But getting booted after refusing to disinvite Black writers should serve as a red flag, and that is still a useful (if less fulfilling) service. (I keep coming back to the we're-not-going-to-sue-each-other comment, and wondering what past incidents tell him where that bar is.)
