i just sent an email on my work laptop from my work email to work colleagues which included reference to MacMillan Cancer Care and the National Kidney Federation. i’ve just opened Facebook on my personal phone, and the first two adverts on my feed are for, yep, you guessed it: MacMillan and the NKF

just happened upon some text messages between me and the boy from about 10years ago, and that, added to “other issues”, has proper spiralled me 😞
