Yeah same here, I started off using premade poses but after a while I felt it was better to do them myself. Even though it takes forever, it feels more rewarding to make it yourself. Though it'a absolutely self inflicted then when I spend several hours on a pose and cut into my sleep schedule lmao
That's a mood. I do all my poses custom, I'll use an emote to get some basis for the pose, but then everything else is moved by hand. I'll usually spend an hour on the rough pose, then another hour fine tuning all the little bits like finger and hair position and fixing any clothing clipping issues
Its all fun in theory until it becomes "please God just let me fix this clipping issue, it's been hours and it's already past midnight and I need sleeeeeeep 😭" I know literally no one will notice the issues I do, but I just can't finish a pose until I'm 100% happy with it. It's a struggle lol.
