also mp3 artifacting is very different from opus artifacting, and to my utter surprise, i prefer the opus one 😭

mp3 does not phase cancel against a wav or flac, i fucked up the testing y'all. vorbis, opus and mp3 all have artifacts, i am simply stupid. but that does not change the fact you can't hear the artifacts at 256kbps so i stand by my rage
