This particular line wasn’t in the original, neither the japanese nor english localization.She pretty much only got outed by other characters- it’s nice that she gets to be the one mentioning it here, on her own terms.

in the original NoA release, there was absolutely no mention of Vivian's gender situation from the original release. she was bullied exclusively on her looks (which was meant to be an ironic joke, because she's the most attractive of the three sisters)
