I think what we have seen so far has simply been a recognition of high costs. We haven’t seen the governance changes, yet.

I think some of have moved in the right direction. I also think some have moved further in the wrong direction, but see that the costs are just so prohibitive that they’re trying to address. Fixed is a longer term project.
