Day 10 of #oc-tober - Evil Version I don't do AUs so here's a canon scene... 👀 I won't spoil details but here's a scene where Cole's ego and patience are bruised enough that he goes against his Lord's request and falls back into his old hitman habits. But... what did he do and to whom? #oc #art

Day 9 of #oc-tober - Magic Decided to grab a page of my future comic to work with! The one where we first meet Eric the Storyteller. vuv Just cut the establishing shot since the past couple of days have been Very Bad Arm Days so 100% lefty art... No way I was drawing That lefty mode. xD #oc #art

Three rough panels for my future webcomic. Eric is a blond guy with long, wavy hair which covers one of his eyes and fluffy animal ears. He wears a green coat with yellow patterned trims and a matching hat. He walks along a small forest road, playing around with his light magic. He's gotten some vegetables from a local farmer and wonders how he could repay this kindness. He uses his magic to created the image of the farmer and his two young girls as a warrior and the two princesses he protects. Eric could turn the farmer into the main character of a story when he performs. I bet his girls would love to see themselves as princesses and their papa as a-- Eric's thoughts are cut short and he snaps his hand closed to hide his magic. But what did he see? Well, that's unfortunately not revealed on this page!

Day 8 of #oc-tober - Sip and Glare Devon and Chase don't start off on good terms. Devon is 100% fine with avoiding Chase forever. But Chase sees the rift between them as largely his own fault and would like to try to fix it. Not touching Dev, not even as a greeting, is a good start. #oc #art

A zoomed in scene for my RPG project. The main character, Devon, a blond elf wearing a tan trench coat, sits at a diner alone. He takes a sip of a warm drink from a mug as the local cleric, Chase, a tall man with blue hair, small wings for ears and blue, somewhat military-style cleric's robes, approaches him from behind. Chase looks uncertain. He considered tapping Devon on the shoulder but decides against it, remembering how being too touchy was one of the things Devon couldn't stand. Devon has noticed Chase and glances back, trying to act like he hasn't noticed. He hopes Chase would just go away. But will he?

Day 7 for the thread! I dread having to turn this scene into the visual novel format. Like. How??? So much of it relies on the reader understanding what Cole can and can't see or feel happening. Might need to make it an animatic style cutscene. Well, I'll cross that bridge... someday.

Day 7 of #oc-tober - Tipping Someone's Chin Up Well, this was a painful pose to figure out, especially left-handed. xDD Cole is a bit of an ass, but he does have a sweeter side too. And that sweeter side turns bright red when cornered. Even when he can't see the hand lifting his chin. ;) #oc #art

He wears a white dress shirt and black pants as he sits in a basket chair, his feet resting on a foot stool. His face is flushed bright red as he stares wide-eyed at... nothing at all? A white mask hovers over his belly. The second image reveals that there is another person in the scene, an elven ghost with long, blond hair with a black vest and white shirt. His name is Emil and he kneels next to Cole in the basket chair. he's the one holding the mask in his hand and his other hand gently lifts Cole's chin up so their eyes could meet. Well, from Emil's point of view, they would, as Cole indeed can't see Emil at all. Not unless he gets to wear that mask. But he can still feel Emil's weight against the side of his thigh and Emil's skeleton hand on his chin.

Day 6! I forgot for a bit so the thread lags behind. x'D It's funny how I think I have more art of Chase sad than happy even if in the story he almost always has a smile on his face. xDD But drawing him looking like a kicked puppy is so... feelsy. :)

Day 6 of #oc-tober - Fiddling with Something Walls and floor still WIP and colours still to be decided but getting there! Chase doesn't like letting others see him sad. He usually retreats to his room and throws a tennis ball in his hand as he gets lost in his regrets. #oc #art

Adding this to the thread! I'd love to add a bunch of alternate outfits to the game but since it's all 2D, I'd have to redraw every sprite in every direction with each outfit... Though I might make some alt. outfits you can only wear in towns. :)

Day 3 of #oc-tober - Outfit Swap Another lefty art day today in hopes of letting my main arm rest. 😂 There's a scene in Project Devon where Dev offers to help Haze's ma' and her friends with a photoshoot. For it, he has to wear Haze's old suit. No one else was supposed to see... #oc #art

For this scene, Devon's chin-length hair is tied back and he wears a black suit jacket over his brown turtleneck. Haze smirks and says "It's weird to think I used to fit into that. Wonder if ma' would let you keep it. Don't think you'd grow out of it as fast as I did." Annoyance tugs at the corner of Devon's mouth as he stands with his hands in his pickets and groans in reply. "I guess not" Yeah, I don't think a thirty year old is gonna do much more growing... No need to remind Devon he's short! Though technically Devon likes being short, he likes tall guys anyways, but being snickered at for it gets old fast!

Day 3 of #oc-tober - Tavern Here's a panel from my comic WIP! Here Eric the storyteller learns some more about Vardan and the reeve's friendship. And why Vardan refused Eric's invitation to go out for drinks. Ever since his adoptive grandfather passed, Vardan just hasn't been the same. #oc #art

Day 3 of #oc-tober - Stealthy Today was a Bad Arm Day so this is all I could get done. :') But at least I quite like how it's shaping up! In Devon and Haze's homeland, same-sex relationships are not allowed so they have to be very hush-hush. A stealthy kiss for goodbye in the doorway. :) #oc #art

A rough sketch for an event CG for my RPG project. Devon is a blond elven guy with chin-length hair, heavy eye-liner and a long tan coat while Haze is a slightly taller guy with long, wavy white hair on a ponytail, small wings for ears and a blue military uniform. After a long day of hunting monsters and whatnot, Devon has walked Haze home under the starry night skies. The streetlamps cast light from a small distance. I don't want to spoil too much of the story, but Haze ends up grabbing Devon by the face and giving him a kiss in the cover of his front door. Devon's face flushes pink and he stares wide-eyed at Haze. This. This is almost in public, gosh, what are you doing? What if someone sees! Oh well, Haze doesn't really care and I don't think Devon will have the brain capacity to say anything anytime soon either.

He stands before three bookshelves, wearing a blue button-up and black pants. The bookshelves will eventually have more stuff on them, but for now all I managed to make was a poorly-drawn picture frame with the picture of a man with short brown hair wearing a doctor's coat. The photo is of a character who will be mentioned in the story but not seen as he has long since died. Chase looks sullen, remembering how this doctor died way before he should have and left no family. There is also the unfinished lineart for the headboard of a bed. you will never guess what I'll draw for tomorrow's prompt that is Waking up!
