I decided to take part in Rattober this year with @thebeanbaguette.bsky.social's shortlist. Here's my piece for the second prompt 'forest bookworm rat'! #art

A short sketchy comic starting off with a rat picking a book off his bookshelf, then ticking off his list of things to bring for a day out. After thinking a bit, he decided to bring three more books with him. The last coloured panel shows him in front of a bamboo forest on a mat, reading with two of his books beside him, the last book still in his bag, indicating he is already on his third read of the day.
