Had several electrocute themselves in the panel behind the dials. Kept poison and addition of water outside under the house that prevented most of the reinfestation

The homes built by KO are of much higher quality than the average build. They have energy ratings of 6* which makes them very energy efficient and much healthier to live in. they cost a bit more to build but are a good long-term investment www.stuff.co.nz/politics/350...

By not looking for it, you cannot see it by not counting it they assume it does not exist. This means when something happens they have plausible deniability that they didn’t know

I met a woman who was refused money to buy a bra to wear as part of her interview clothing. she was told we don’t buy lingerie as if it was optional for a woman to wear a bra or not

They do this because the capital gains are not taxed and they could offset the losses on the rental side against their normal income. This recently has been stopped I think. This has caused house prices to go up far more than they would have if we had a capital gains tax

Real estate companies have been running how to invest in Real Estate for ages on the basis of people getting capital gains. to do this, they have to have money to put in every week because the rental income does not pay the expenses
