For those of you not on the spawn of the devil, aka X, my beloved Papa died on the 19th. I'd do a fancy post, but today, I have run out of oomph. So. There it is. He was the absolute best, and I was lucky to have him so long.
Very cool - thank you!!
Ok, trying for a shit sandwich (shit = CW for truly rubbish medical diagnosis). 1. The GP phoned today 2. Papa has advanced & untreatable chronic lymphocytic leukaemia 3. All of us hope he makes his 96th birthday on Monday The main thing? Ensuring he lives right up until he dies
Happy Palentines Day - Today's a good day to uplift others, be generous in ways that are possible for you, and to be a true pal. If you've love to spare, share it with anyone you meet virtually or in rl who needs it. Active friendship is like a radical seed of hope - when planted it changes lives.
It was FUN!
Practice print = potential and promise! First time I've done a lino print in about 30 years. Needs a bit of tidying still, but happy to be having a go.
For complicated reasons which no one but me is interested in, there will be a certain amount of tent living over the next few months. I've read a book and been to at least a few bushcraft events. How hard can it be? (I'm kidding, I've done a lot of extended camping.)
I so love a good bit of alt text!
