The followup question to the defense "that was just a joke" should at minimum be "what was the punchline and why is it supposed to be funny?" because it's not like jokes are sacrosanct things divorced from the rest of speech
As an FYI I liked this one based on content before I understood how the labeler works, but in attempting to appeal it because I don't live there discovered that appeal submissions get a 404 error.
