Design your artwork to be viewed at a small size/long distance, don't stress the super tiny zoomed in details like every leaf on a tree, go for suggestion, not telling! Also: There's no one right way to do a style, tutorials aren't necessarily the ONLY way to do something, find what works for you!

the first was a wonderful tip from my trad art teacher in highschool that changed the way I do backgrounds digitally after explaining paintings are meant to be viewed from 3-4 feet away! It makes less work for you! Second is what I learned this past year trying to learn how to do digital painting!

This is something I'd love to learn how to do well! I'll try to keep it in mind the next time I attempt to do a bigger artwork ;;/ Thank you for a genuinely good tip and reminder ^^
