yes! thats something i couldnāt word, thank you its also frustrating because its an accurate and commonly used description but because it would sound ābadā to people without said disability then itās a terrible thing to phrase it that way. silly.

i wont spoil it then! it was certainly goofy, thats a good word for it lol. i havenāt listened in a while but did a random scroll & stop to pick something and this was attempt 2. a good ārandomā choice.
the plot twist floored me first time
it definitely knocked me out lol - i will say the one thing i learnt was that the later i took it, the worse getting up was. i think i was talking it about 9/10pm to wake up about 10am in the end & i was still kinda groggy.
