to be fully transparent, both @jamesmunns.com and i have been way too busy with Real Work and stuff to put much effort into mnemOS lately...

we do, at least, have some amount of a plan for how it would work. but there is a *lot* more owl to draw

at some point it would be cool to put back an actual userspace…

mnemOS can run Forth programs that you write yourself at the Forth console, but only if those programs don’t do anything interesting. :)

if you want a weirdo Rust OS that can run at least some actual software, maybe consider redox-os.org — they are aiming for POSIX-compatibility and are *probably* mature enough for some kind of vim and git experience…
