Been thinking a lot lately about how bad I am at keeping up with friends - IRL, & via social media. The truth is, when I get overwhelmed mentally or emotionally or physically, social media is the first thing I drop. I don't know why. But it makes it hard to stay close to anyone.

Can relate. Which means I understand and am happy when I see you on here and don’t begrudge the times I don’t.
