I'm in the same boat as you with PMDD. It's so fucking hard. Like, that time of month is difficult enough without PMDD throwing things even more out of whack than "normal". Sending you lots of hugs and love 💜

The fact my surgery incisions are driving me absolutely BONKERS with itching isn't helping in the slightest either. I think I'm getting whiplash from how fast my moods are changing.
