here's the alert

text of this (early) morning's Blue Alert sent to all phones in Texas (I think). It reads (in all caps) Blue alert issued for Seth Altman watned for the involvement in the injury of an officer by Hall County Sheriff's Office. Suspect is a 33 year old white male 6'02" 220 lbs. Altman is wearing a blue t-shirt and blue jeans. Suspect is believed to be armed and dangerous. If seen, do not approach and call 9-1-1.

I also thought the timing of the alert very suspect because didn’t the incident happen during the day (not at 450am)?
