personally, they're always too warm and in winter extremely humid. and the boat-like suspension means that after 20 minutes I'm basically seasick. the bus' only job should be to get me to and from a metro/train station

Sounds to me like Karen complained about the exact opposite problem: the bus being too cold, and not enough air pumping through - so she made her woes everyone’s problem in your area. Truly, I give you my condolences.
