Incidentally, on the same day I get my HRT ive also racked my mead for secondary fermentation! I'm a little worried because they're both till very cloudy, especially the left one, but hopefully they'll clear up. I had a tiny taste of the left one and it tasted fine, kinda cidery, and strong! Phewf!
