Yes this is how it starts eh. All my childfree/male colleagues who started same year were promoted at least 2 years before me & it's not because of my research output (I was told this when they rejected me last year) but bc i wasn't around to do lots of teaching and admin (bc i was on 👶🏻 leave...)

We are tired, y'all.... Coraggio! And when you come to make the next application, lmk. I was supported by a fabulous group of senior women who lifted me over the barriers with application editing, mock interviews etc and seriously I just want to pay it forward.
