usually i take 4 rounds of pills a day totalling 18 pills a day to control my anxiety, adhd, and just help me function in general as an autistic person. usually if i miss just 1 dose it is extremely noticeable. i'm not sure how, but today is day 9 of me taking absolutely nothing and being fine.

i don't know how it happened. i have some theories, but in the end, i don't really care. i feel ok. that's what counts.
